Shamanic Healing, Mantra and Meditation, Prayer and Yogic Practices offer various tools and techniques to help you go deeper into reconnecting with your spirit and rediscovering who you are at the core.

Energetic:

A variety of Energy Medicine practices, Breathwork, Kundalini, Chakra Balancing, Movement, Yoga, Qi Gong, Sound Medicine, Vibrational Medicine, Earth Centered Practices, Nature Bathing, Flower Essence therapies and more are used to help move life force energy or Prana through your system as when the body’s energy systems are cleared and flowing optimally, true health is created.

This is where journaling, tunneling, shadow-work, Spiritual deepening, meditation and breathwork, somatic practices, Shamanic tools, and spending time in nature are just some of the ways you can learn to connect with Source, discover your dharma and learn what makes your soul sing!
